Why proof of delivery matters for freelancers
Chargebacks, \u201cwe never received the files,\u201d and scope disputes share one weakness: they dissolve on contact with a dated record made at the time of delivery. Reconstructing evidence later always looks like reconstructing evidence.
A useful record answers five questions: what files (with sizes), delivered to whom, on what date, through what method, and against which approval and payment state. This template captures all five.
