Platform Usage
Proofmark is a high-fidelity tool for high-ticket creators to manage client relationships, project approvals, and legal agreements. By utilizing our terminal, you agree to maintain professional integrity and honor all digital proofmarks executed through the platform.
Subscription Model
Access to Proofmark's premium suite of tools is provided via tiered subscription plans. Payments for these subscriptions are processed securely through Dodo Payments. All subscriptions are billed according to your selected tier's cycle.
Direct Client Billing
Proofmark encourages freelancers to maintain full custody of their project funds. By using external gateways like Dodo Payments, Stripe, or PayPal, you accept full responsibility for compliance and tax obligations. Proofmark is not involved in the flow of funds between you and your clients.

Account Integrity
We reserve the absolute right to suspend or terminate accounts that engage in fraudulent activity, protocol violation, or any action that undermines the legal validity of the digital proofmark system.
